Terms.

These terms are an agreement between you and Aida Vantage, Nigeria (“we”), which runs Routr. By using the Routr app, this website or a Routr tracking page, you agree to them.

Who can use Routr

You must be 18 or over to create a Routr account. If you use Routr for a business, you confirm you’re allowed to accept these terms for it.

What Routr does

Routr suggests an order for your stops, estimates times and distances, and lets you send each customer a tracking link. Routes, times and arrival estimates are estimates: traffic, roads and addresses change, and Routr can be wrong. Directions come from the navigation app you choose (Google Maps, Waze or Apple Maps), under that app’s own terms.

Riding safely

You’re responsible for how you ride. Follow traffic laws and don’t handle your phone while moving: set up your route before you set off, and stop somewhere safe to use the app.

Your customers’ information

You’re responsible for having your customers’ permission to use their addresses and phone numbers in Routr, and for the messages and links you send them. Send each tracking link only to the customer it belongs to.

Using Routr properly

Don’t use Routr to break the law, to track anyone without their knowledge, to send spam, or to interfere with, overload or reverse-engineer the service. We may suspend accounts that do.

Your content

The routes, photos and notes you add stay yours. You allow us to store and process them to run Routr for you, as our Privacy policy describes.

Testing, availability and prices

Routr is being tested and may change, pause or stop without notice. If we introduce paid plans, we’ll show you the price before you pay anything.

Liability

Routr is provided “as is”. As far as the law allows, we aren’t liable for lost income, late or failed deliveries, fines, or other indirect losses from using Routr, and our total liability to you is limited to what you’ve paid us in the 12 months before a claim. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that the law doesn’t allow us to limit.

Ending

You can stop using Routr whenever you like, and delete your account in the app (Settings, then Delete account) or by emailing hello@goroutr.com. We may close accounts that break these terms.

Changes

We may update these terms. We’ll change the date at the top and, for significant changes, tell you in the app before they apply.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
